Each moment offers a unique medicine and so each session spontaneously adapts to what is needed. I also offer distant Reiki sessions which gracefully land wherever one may be staying.
There are variations for the length and rhythm of a session.
Together we will tune in and feel into what resonates the most in the moment.

Single Reiki Session
A Reiki session usually lasts around 45 minutes or 1h.
It mostly depends on what is needed in the moment and what is felt during the energy transmission. This time includes an intake before the session as well as a feedback and support afterwards.
The energy healing typically lasts for 30-40 minutes.
The time frame is more of an indication; the most essential is that the session supports you fully in all aspects - physically, energetically, emotionally and spiritually.

Serie of 4 sessions
A serie of 4 sessions is offered when a deeper healing and longer support is needed.
Deeper emotional wounds, patterns and energetic chords require more attention as we come to heal the root of a greater imbalance.
It is typically done 4 days in a row and works in the same principle as one single session.

Shamanic Healing
I also offer shamanic healing sessions for those who are curious about the Arcturians and their healing methods. As as a Star Seed I unable activations for people who want to heal completely and become their best version of themselves.
This requires persistence in the spiritual path and is not to take lightly. It is an awakening path which transforms your life for the Highest Good of All despite what your mind has been trying to hide. We are powerful beings remembering their cooperation in the higher dimensions.
